Today’s workforce is faced with expectations, needs, and demands that are evolving faster than ever before. The result is a workforce overtasked and struggling to find time to develop professionally. To compound this challenge, the half-life of skills is rapidly falling based on this accelerated change.
In this session, we’ll explore the techniques and methods being used by NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement as they begin to restructure and redesign content to address the challenges faced by today’s workforce. As an active participant, you will gain an understanding of the importance of moving away from “heavy” content design to a more flexible and personalized model, learn how a well-designed pricing model helps engagement, and explore business and learner impact goals that have been established for the new program.
This session will be led by Todd Slater, who has been instrumental in NIGP’s efforts to restructure and redesign content for today’s learners.
